What is the process?
You may be wondering what the step by step process looks like to receive your unique, custom plans. Below is a detailed list of how we interact with our customers to achieve their end goal.
Step 1: Contact
The first step requires the customer to contact us via email with the following information:
What type of structure are you needing plans for?
What is the desired size/measurements (length, width, and height)? Please be as detailed as possible and there is no such thing as too many measurements!
A copy of the property survey.
Any inspiration pictures/drawings you may have of the project.
Step 2: Receive Quote
After we have carefully reviewed the information provided, we will email you an official quote to begin your project.
Step 3: Contract & Deposit
Upon agreement of your quote, we will sign a contract and the deposit is required to begin. The deposit is 50% of the total cost.
As a reminder we only accept CASH or CHECK as forms of payment.
Step 4: Preliminaries
A preliminary is a proposed layout and elevation of your project. Most projects include (2) full preliminaries. During this time, the client has the opportunity to make changes to the layout or elevations.
Step 5: Final Plans
Once the preliminary has been approved, we will finalize the plans and they will be signed and sealed by our chief Architect, Stephen Davis.
